At Ovi Vibe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your printed t-shirt or any product, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may return products within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached
  • The product has a manufacturing defect or damage
  • You received the wrong product or size
  • The print quality is significantly different from what was advertised

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance sales
  • Customized or personalized products (unless defective)

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at ovivibe@gmail.com or +91 8085858629 within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions from our team
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to the address provided by our team

Return Shipping

For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved Returns: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
  • Rejected Returns: Items not meeting return criteria will be shipped back to you at your expense

Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the defect
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping will be covered by us

Cancellation Policy
