Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete, as we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once dispatched.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary by location:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

These are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, or local disruptions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and order value.

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your shipment using this number on our website or the courier partner’s website.

Delivery Partners

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe delivery of your products. Our current partners include reputed national and regional courier companies.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Recipient unavailable
  • Refusal to accept delivery

The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us, and you will be responsible for return shipping charges for reshipment.

Package Security

All products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. If you receive a damaged package, please refuse delivery or note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately with photos.

Undelivered Orders

In case of undelivered orders due to address issues or customer unavailability, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. If redelivery is not possible, the order may be cancelled, and a refund will be issued after deducting applicable shipping charges.

Address Changes
